KG Martinez & Natasha Capers
Embodying Renewal Retreat

In a world that demands so much, rest is a radical act. This half-day workshop offers women of color in leadership a powerful space to cultivate resilience and renewal. Together, we’ll set intentions by creating a sacred altar, an anchor for healing and reflection that honors both our individual and collective journeys. From this foundation, we’ll design and map rituals that bring rest and grounding into daily life, support us in navigating transitions with intention, and cultivate resilience within ourselves and communities during challenging times. Our time concludes with a deeply embodied Reiki healing session, promoting relaxation, body-mind alignment, and a profound reconnection with inner wisdom.
This is an invitation to reset, recharge, and reclaim the nourishment that rest provides. Leave ready, renewed, supported on your path of radical rest.

Discounts for M2 members.
