Ma Mukti is not a linear program or a siloed initiative—it is a living, breathing ecosystem designed to grow, sustain, and align the leadership of women and gender-expansive people, particularly women of color, across movements. We believe leadership development must be communal, relational, and deeply embodied. Our ecosystem is built to meet people where they are and move with them through every phase of their journey.
At the heart of this ecosystem are two core components:

ELLA is our flagship leadership development program—a generative space for healing, political clarity, and deep personal and collective transformation. ELLA offers multiple entry points, including summits, retreats, trainings, and certifications, all grounded in our original Embodied Organizing™ framework. Participants grow into peer coaches, facilitators, and strategic anchors in their organizations and communities.

RISE is our movement-building campaign focused on shifting power and leadership structures within social justice movements. It centers the leadership of women of color, especially those doing frontline work, and organizes for strategic alignment, collective voice, and sustained investment in those historically excluded from decision-making spaces.

Universal Partnership (UP) is the organizational engine that powers the Ma Mukti ecosystem. Founded and led by M2 visionary and master strategist, coach, and trainer, Rusia Mohiuddin, UP brings over 15 years of experience in building holistic models for personal and collective transformation.
UP is the leadership development pipeline and delivery hub for Ma Mukti’s programming, infrastructure, and long-term strategic vision. Every retreat, summit, training, and campaign under Ma Mukti is powered by UP’s operational rigor, political clarity, and embodied-based methodology.
While Ma Mukti serves as the public-facing ecosystem for collective leadership and movement alignment, UP ensures that the work is grounded, accountable, and effective—bringing to life a methodology that is both deeply transformative and structurally sound.
Together, Ma Mukti and Universal Partnership model what it means to be aligned in values, practice, and purpose. We do not simply teach about embodiment—we live it, structure it, and organize through it.
